Vineyard size: 1500 hectares

The GWF cooperative considers itself to be a representative of Franconian wines. It is proud of its close connection with local traditions and the natural environment. The special soils of the area with their rich mineral and nutrient content are responsible for the unique flavor of the grapes. The protected appellation and the warm microclimate allow the grapes to ripen. The unique landscape - and Franconian wine in a Bocksbeutel bottle just belong together.
However, the most important parts of the GWF cooperative are the individual wine-growers. It is they who guarantee the high quality of Franconian wines thanks to their passion for and knowledge of their trade.
